Flier Approval & Distribution

NVUSD uses an electronic flier distribution program called Peachjar.  Peachjar replaces paper fliers.  Through Peachjar, each school can send e-fliers to its families, and outside organizations can send approved e-fliers to all families in the district.  These e-fliers are also posted on each school’s website for at least one month.  Look for the Peachjar link on your school’s website.

If you provided your email address to your school on your student’s contact information form, a Peachjar account has been established for you, and you should have received an email from Peachjar with your login information.  This is provided so that you can manage your account and flier delivery preferences. You do not need to log in to receive or view e-fliers.  If you did not provide your email address and would like to receive Peachjar e-fliers, let your school office know to add your email address to the district contact form.

If you as a parent are not receiving emails from Peachjar, there are two possible reasons for this:

  • Your email address is not on file with your school.  Let your school office know to add your email address to the district contact form. You can also visit the FAQs below for other instructions on adding your email address to the Peachjar distribution list or resetting your password.
  • The Peachjar emails are going into your spam folder or you can't see the images in the email.  To prevent the e-fliers from going into your spam folder, add “” to your email contacts.  When you receive your first e-flier, be sure to click “always display images.”

Peachjar is used exclusively for distribution of district- and school-approved fliers. Peachjar does not share or use your email address for any other purpose.

What Do Recipients See?
  • The email "from" name is the district name (if the parent has children in multiple schools) or the school name (if the parent has children in a single school).
  • School fliers are listed first in emails, following by a labeled section for flier opportunities from community organizations.
  • School fliers in the email and on the school landing pages appear with a small school icon next to them.
  • For parents with children in multiple schools, the school(s) sending the flier are clearly noted under each flier.
  • Each flier has a "view" button underneath where parents can click to see the entire flier and all action items (share, view on map, add to calendar).
  • Flier senders may add call-to-action buttons that appear next to the "view" button:

Number of Trees Saved Since 2013

= 14,280,415 sheets of paper

In the past, our schools sent home loads of flyers in students’ backpacks. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly and to embrace innovative technology, we have moved from paper to a digital flyer delivery.
With our Peachjar e-flier program, the e-fliers are sent directly to parents’ email inboxes as well as posted on school websites for easy access. All fliers may be accessed by clicking on the Peachjar link on each school's website.
Each year, our schools will save tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, paperless delivery of school fliers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
School and school district-approved e-fliers keep you informed about upcoming school activities, programs, and events.
