Our mission is to prepare each student for a successful future by delivering rigorous and relevant learning experiences that develop their literacy and career-ready skills, cultivate their interests, and build resilience, compassion, and confidence.

 Our 2024–2029 strategic plan is the first in a series of multi-year plans outlining the important steps we will take toward realizing Vision 2040. It is built upon the strong foundation we created through our 2019–2024 strategic plan. Through focus, alignment, and coherence of efforts, we built robust communication systems, proactively strengthened our financial and asset management systems, strengthened employee relationships and inclusive practices, and prioritized strategic and impactful governance and policy implementation.

In 2024–2029, we will work on 15 strategies within four theme areas that are foundational to Vision 2040.
