Other Projects

School bonds are the most effective way to fund facility improvements because they provide long-term, stable financing for major projects without diverting money from classroom instruction. In addition to bond programs, the district can pay for projects using several other funding sources. These include developer fees, money from selling unused district property, state funds through California's School Facilities Program, and careful financial management.
 
This has allowed NVUSD to fund the following projects:
