School offices are closed during the summer.

Most elementary school offices will reopen August 8.

Middle school offices: ACMS, Harvest, River and Silverado reopens August 1; Redwood reopens August 5. 

Napa, Vintage and New Tech will reopen August 1; ACHS and VOHS reopen August 2.

From July 8 to July 22, new student enrollment services for fall 2019 will be available at the NVUSD District Office Instructional Services Dept., 2425 Jefferson St., Napa, 8 AM - noon. After July 22, new students can register at their school of residence when the school office reopens after summer (see dates under School Office Opening Dates above).

Parents need to bring:

  • Student Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • 4 Proofs of your residence
  • Current photo ID/Driver's license
  • Lease or mortgage or tax return
  • Bills or statements (2 needed): PG&E or cable or bank statement or vehicle registration
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • If applicable, student's current report card or academic record
