American Canyon High School Theater Students Take Center Stage at Festival Napa Valley

The Festival Napa Valley, known for its commitment to bringing the arts to all, specifically selected ACHS theater arts program to perform at this year’s Festival Napa Valley Gala. The ACHS students showcased their skills by performing striking musical renditions and choreographed dances from “Newsies: The Broadway Musical”, stunning the audiences at the event at the July 16 Gala.
But the invitation was more than just a chance to perform; it was an invaluable opportunity for these budding artists to hone their skills under the guidance of Broadway star, Christina Maxwell. Known for her mesmerizing performances on Broadway, Maxwell coached the students on enhancing their acting, singing, and dancing talents.
The students' commitment to theater arts has captured the hearts of the local community and is a source of immense pride for the school district.
