Tell Us How We're Doing: LCAP Goals Feedback Survey

NVUSD has four district-wide goals to improve student learning in our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).  We want to know what you think about how we're doing on each goal:

  • Getting students ready for college and jobs

  • Making sure lessons grab students' attention and respond to their needs

  • Keeping parents well-informed and involved

  • Helping students feel good and do well in school and life

Your feedback is crucial to our progress. Please help us by taking a quick  5-minute survey  to share your thoughts on our efforts. The survey will close on May 3. Your input will make a difference in our strategies and initiatives moving forward.

Sustainability and Local Flavors Shine in NOSH's School Menus

NOSH's brought both sustainability and local flavors to our school menus with great success this month! On Plastic Free Day, our students enjoyed breakfasts and lunches served in eco-friendly packaging. They featured items like NOSH-made Energy Bites and colorful salad bars without the need for utensils. Additionally, our Harvest of the Month, Kale, starred in a delightful Kale Pesto Pasta Salad. This item, sourced from local North Bay farms, has been a hit among the students.  A big thank you to our dedicated team and FEED Cooperative! Our students love these sustainable and tasty options.
