Napa Valley School Garden Network

Napa Valley School Garden Network is a dedicated group of educators, parents, volunteers, students and community members that support and encourage educational and therapeutic gardens on every school campus in Napa County.  We actively pursue opportunities to provide our schools with all the benefits of school gardens, including a sense of the interconnectedness between individuals, the community and our environment.

Our vision is for every school to have a garden where children and the community can relax, learn and connect with nature.  We work together to further our knowledge (through training programs and Master Gardener workshops), organize and share resources (through regular meetings, a Google group and soon a website), and support each other as colleagues (through regular communication about everything from pest control to grant opportunities).
