Family Engagement

Napa Valley Unified School District partners closely with families to support student success and strengthen school communities. Through meaningful communication, culturally responsive outreach, and opportunities for shared decision‑making, NVUSD ensures every family has a voice in their child’s education. Districtwide groups such as the District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC), School Site Councils, and Title I District Advisory parent committees provide important avenues for collaboration, allowing families to help shape programs, review school plans, and guide resources that support equitable learning for all students.
