  • College and Career Readiness (CCR): Even at the elementary level, we begin building the habits needed for the future. We track Indicators of Student Success (ISS)—the 1 through 4 scale on progress reports—to help students become self-directed learners. 

  • Career Exploration: Through a proud collaboration with the county, we provide a Career Fair at each of our elementary schools. This initiative gives our youngest learners early exposure to a wide variety of professional paths and local careers.
