Wellness Support & Resources

Wellness Center Branding

Our Students can access help by visiting the on-campus Wellness Center or Student Services office, where they can connect to support from a counselor, social worker, or therapist.

Our Wellness Center is open Monday-Friday from 8am - 3pm. Students are allowed to drop in during break and lunch, or request a pass from their teacher during class time. The Wellness Center is designed to be a safe space for a student to take a mental health break or seek assistance.

As a parent or guardian, you can check in with your student regularly by asking questions like “How are you feeling today?” “What was the best part of your day?” “What was the most challenging part of your day?” “Who did you eat lunch with today, or did you sit by yourself?” Making sure you ask your student how they are doing will help keep the lines of communication open.

If you need help or are concerned about your student, please do not hesitate to reach out to your student’s counselor.
