Opposing Viewpoints in Context is one of several Gale resources that brings together articles, audio, videos, opinion essays and primary sources about contemporary controversies and hot topics with a simple to use interface. Informed, differing views help learners develop critical-thinking skills and draw their own conclusions.

tumblebooksTumblebooks is a great resource for students at all reading levels. Multiple formats including ebooks, read-alongs, videos, graphic novels and more to engage even the most reluctant reader.

hooplaHoopla provides access to ebooks, audiobooks, and more. Students never need to place a hold with Hoopla! is a fully online tutoring service with tutors available in more than 40 subjects including Math, Science, Social Studies, English, AP ® Support, and Foreign Languages. Tutoring sessions take place in an easy-to-use online classroom, which runs in your web browser.

Available daily from 3pm to 10pm in English and Spanish.

The California CareerZone site is a secure career exploration and coaching platform focused on career and transition planning to help people explore, plan for and pursue careers that reflect their passion, skills, and life goals.

Math Antics is a series of videos designed to teach basic math skills and concepts in a visually engaging way. All  content is in the realm of basic math that is typically taught in Elementary or Middle School.

Making science "user-friendly." Science Friday partners with educators and scientists to create free STEM activities, lessons, and resources for all learners.

khan academy
Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom.

Newsela publishs high-interest news and nonfiction articles daily at five levels of complexity for grades 2-12 using a proprietary, rapid text-leveling process.
