Please enter your username and create a new password.

Directions for Logging in to the staff portal

1. Enter your email in the Username Box

  • Your username is your full nvusd.org email (example: jane_doe@nvusd.org)

2. Click next

  • If you're on a mobile device and you see that the pop-up window is blocked or no pop-up window appears, enable your pop-up by following the directions in the section below.

3. Complete the NVUSD Single Sign-On Process.

  • If an Google Single Sign-On or Rapid Identity window appears, select or type in the beginning of your nvusd.org email (no @nvusd.org)--ex. jane_doe. This is just like sigining into your email. 

  • If you need to reset your NVUSD password, use this link and reset your password using Rapid Identity.

Important: You Must Enable Pop-Ups for Mobile Login

 

If you have trouble logging in with your mobile browser, be sure to enable your "pop-ups." Here are directions for enabling "pop-ups":

For iPhone Users For Android Users

Safari

  1. Open Settings: Tap the "Settings" app on your home screen.
  2. Scroll to Safari: Scroll down and select "Safari."
  3. Disable Block Pop-ups: Under the "General" section,
  4. find "Block Pop-ups" and toggle it off. The switch should turn
  5. from green to gray, indicating that the pop-up blocker is now disabled.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome: Open the Chrome app from your home screen.
  2. Open Menu: Tap the three dots at the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings: Select "Settings" from the menu.
  4. Site Settings: Scroll down and tap on "Site Settings."
  5. Pop-ups and Redirects: Tap "Pop-ups and Redirects" and toggle the switch off to disable the pop-up blocker.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome: Launch the Chrome app from your home screen.
  2. Open Menu: Tap the three dots at the bottom-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings: Select "Settings" from the menu.
  4. Content Settings: Scroll down and tap on "Content Settings."
  5. Block Pop-ups: Tap "Block Pop-ups" and toggle the switch off. This will allow pop-ups to appear while you are browsing.

Samsung Internet

  1. Open Samsung Internet: Launch the Samsung Internet browser from your home screen.
  2. Open Menu: Tap the three lines (menu) icon in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings: Select "Settings" from the menu.
  4. Advanced: Tap on "Sites and downloads."
  5. Block Pop-ups: Find "Block Pop-ups" and toggle it off.

 

Having Trouble Signing into the Rapid Identity Portal?

Please use your NVUSD email and password to login.

1. If you forget your password, use Rapid Identity to reset your password.

2. Select need help in the upper right.

3. Click forgot my password.
